How long does the course go for?

The course lasts for six weeks.

There are five modules. Each week we’ll spend an hour together, and you’ll have access to short training videos to watch in your own time (around 30 mins total each week).


Just an hour for the live sessions? Yep – you’re busy, I’m efficient. This is a no-waffle zone.

These are high-energy, super-engaging sessions – I practise what I preach!
